What do you do in a typical day?

Serving customers who are looking for a new bathroom. I help the process through from design, quoting and final sales.

What did you do before you came here?

Showroom sales at Graham’s in Braintree.

What’s your favourite thing about your role?

When customers return to tell us how pleased they are with the final result.

What’s the best thing that’s happened to you so far here at Chandlers?

The continued success of the showroom and the expansion of the team.

How would you describe the company culture?

Family orientated and pride ourselves on customer service.

What’s your favourite product at the moment?

Nuance wall panels. Replacing tiles, a great addition.

What’s been your best customer experience?

One customer who we had supplied a suite for was so thrilled he has kept in touch and has become a friend.

In 3 words, how would your manager or co-workers describe you?

Mum! ( I seem to have adopted a few) organised and methodical.

What do you get up to outside of work?

Spend time with my family.

What’s one thing about you that might surprise people?

I’ve been in the business nearly 25 years, starting as a cleaner.
